Simple Psychology for Better Health

“Integrative health care teams are very important in improving the overall health of patients because we know that all health problems are multi-faceted. They involve biological factors, psycho-social factors, and behavioral factors.” – Norman B. Anderson, PhD, CEO of the American Psychological Association

About Crump Wellness

Simple Psychology for Better Health

At Inspire Me, we believe in the importance of integrated health care teams and how they can help people live better lives. According to Norman Anderson, CEO of the American Psychological Association, behavioral, social, and mental health can play a great role in physical health and the contraction of some diseases, such as diabetes, cancer, and HIV/AIDS.

“Integrative health care teams are very important in improving the overall health of patients because we know that all health problems are multi-faceted. They involve biological factors, psycho-social factors, and behavioral factors,” said Anderson. He also states the importance that doctors from a host of disciplines serve the whole person for a better patient outcome.
